Today I helped my mother in law can peaches at her house. It was fun. I will show you how we did it. Yay for pictures. We were going to get together with some friend later next week to do this, but the peaches were ready NOW. If we waited til next week, even Monday, they would have been yucky. But I will probably go hang out with them anyways when they can theirs.
The Peaches, they were about as big as softballs.
"Testing" one...just to make sure it's good.
Washing Jars
Scalding, so we can....
peel them.

put them on the stove, add some water and some rapidura(we don't use sugar)
Let them cook for awhile
Stir them now and then
Ladle them into a jar
Add the lid and a ring.
